Founded in 1997.
Inter-regional Marketing Centers Network is a consortium uniting more than 60 centers in the regions of the Russian Federation and abroad. IMC Network assists enterprises in the establishment of direct business contacts, reveals requirements of the regions and territories for the goods and services, promotes their goods to foreign markets. All centers of the Network are incorporated into an information network in the Internet. IMC "Moscow", being the head center of the Network, develops the uniform methodology, standards of work and coordinates the information exchange.
Participation in IMC Network assumes the obligation to participate actively in the information interchange with other participants, to maintain databases and other information resources according to the standards accepted in the Network, to build effective teamwork on commercial orders.
IMC "Moscow" develops concepts and standards of the information exchange and represents interests of regional businessmen in Moscow, and those of Moscow - in the regions, renders consulting services to everybody, who investigate opportunities of mutual promotion of production to regional and international markets.
To facilitate collective membership of IMC in professional organisations, and also to simplify entering the Network by foreign participants, the International Association " IMC Network " has been founded.
