To assist businessmen in comprehension of tax and bookkeeping within the framework of the Comprehensive Program of small business development and support in Moscow for 2001-2003, the first accounting center under the STABUS (Standards of Accounting Services) project has been opened.
The objective of the project is rendering services on conducting tax and bookkeeping to small enterprises and individual businessmen of Moscow. Essence of the technologies in the base of STABUS is outsourcing of functions of conducting tax and book keeping, that is transfer of these functions to a specialized organisation. The project is realized under the aegis of Moscow City Department of Small Business Support and Development. During realisation of the project, creation of a network of the centers for conducting bookkeeping and tax account (accounting centers) is planned, aimed at full replacement of functions of a chief accountant of small enterprises.
Thus, STABUS accounting centers will become a sort of "supermarkets" of accounting services, where all wares are present: from a service of registration of a payment order to a service on restoration of bookkeeping for a certain period. And specialized accounting portal STABUS will render various interactive services to the visitors, as well as useful accounting information, and also the most detailed information on services of the real accounting centers.
The executor of the project is the Open Company "Accounting Centers". The collective of the company consists of professionals in the field of bookkeeping, taxes and audit. The center renders services and consultations on conducting tax and bookkeeping to small enterprises and individual businessmen of Moscow under preferential quotations. The responsibility to the clients is insured at a rate of possible penal sanctions on the part of tax bodies.
