We are open for contacts and cooperation. Business in Moscow Small business of Moscow represents 189 409 units, or about 22 % from total of SMEs in Russia (as surveyed by the end of 2002). During 2002, number of SME employees in Moscow averaged to 1869 million person or 34.4 % of all the employees in Moscow. As for sectoral distribution, the first place, with a big distance from the others, is traditionally held by trade and public catering (more than 56 %). The share of wholesale trade makes more than 38 % of the enterprises, which more than four times exceeds the share of construction (9,4 %), occupying the second place among branches. Retail trade (9 %) concedes to this branch insignificantly, surpassing all other branches. Commercial activity (7,36 %) goes the next.
