| | During this week the government will bring to the State Duma the bills providing the amendments in the Tax Code about indexation of the excise goods since 2005 and about oil indistry, the representative of the Ministry of Finance, the Ex-Deputy Minister of Finance Michael Motorin informed journalists on Monday.
He also noted, that within two weeks the government will make the amendment to the State Duma to the second reading of the bill on the Single Social Tax (SST). Motorin explained, that amendments provide reduction of SST from 35,6 % to 26 %, and also an establishment of a descending scale of collection of the single social tax.
Also within two weeks the amendments to the Article 25 of the Tax Code, providing increase from 6 up to 9 % of the tax to dividends from physical persons will be submitted to the Lower Chamber of Parliament. As Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexey Kudrin declared last week, the increase in the taxation of dividends will be aimed at decrease in opportunities of optimization of the taxation.
